Roomy for real work — humans, CI, coding agents — and boring for abuse. Every limit fails soft: the error names what you hit and what frees it.

Trash is a 30-day holding area, not an escape hatch.
One thing no amount of trash juggling changes: deleting never refunds the daily upload counter. Publish-and-delete cycles spend it like anything else.
Request rates are limited per IP to keep the service cheap and up.
Normal use — browsing, publishing, a busy CLI day — never meets either code.
Too many requests from one IP. Retry-After says how long; the CLI reads it and tells you.
QUOTA_EXCEEDEDnames the limit you hit. Waiting won't help; freeing something will, and the message says what.
These are launch defaults, not physics. If a real workflow bumps into any of them, open an issue — we'll review the numbers.
